Cancellation Policy
At Precision Beauty we take pride in offering high-quality beauty treatments in a relaxing and professional environment. To ensure we can accommodate all clients and make the best use of our time, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price. This fee is necessary to help cover our costs of resources to reserve your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. This will need to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we are always understanding, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our small business and other clients’ ability to book.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit being required for future bookings.
